Initial Consultation
We begin with a complimentary private consultation call to understand your household, priorities, and the type of support that will best serve your family.

This call allows myself to assess alignment and determine whether moving forward together is the right fit.

Search
Fee
Upon mutual agreement to proceed, a $500 non-refundable search fee is required to formally engage Bay Area Nanny Collective and initiate the candidate search.

This fee secures your family’s placement in our active search pipeline and covers the time, strategy, and resources dedicated to sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates.
Placement
Fee
Upon successful placement, a one-time placement fee of 15% of the employee’s gross annual compensation is due.
This fee is assessed only after an offer has been accepted and a start date has been confirmed, reflecting the completion of a successful match facilitated by Bay Area Nanny Collective.
