With over a decade of experience in childcare and a strong foundation in early childhood education, Lanae has dedicated her career to nurturing young minds and supporting families. Her journey began in the classroom and evolved naturally into nannying, where she discovered her sweet spot, creating meaningful connections with children and families alike.
This passion sparked the creation of the Bay Area Nanny Collective, a placement agency committed to pairing families and nannies with their perfect match.
Lanae set out to create more than just a placement agency, a supportive, down-to-earth community where nannies feel empowered and families feel confident and cared for. It's all about supporting both sides find their perfect match. From start to finish, Lanae is dedicated to making the journey personal, and making a real connection.
In her spare time, Lanae enjoys everything outdoors, exploring the coast, creating memories with family and friends, and scouting out the Bay Area's best local coffee shops.
